Summer

Sunset at the Beach
The beginning of Summer starts with my sister asking me to watch my Nephews. They keep me busy and keep me on my toes.

2 of my Heroes

The Heroes at the Ice Cream Truck

And the Ice Cream Truck, hearing the music from the truck can send all the kids running out to the street. The childhood memories of summers in the park and the truck making it's round. Kids everywhere know this iconic sound... the twinkle twinkle sound carried across the practice field to the playground or into the homes and heard over the sounds of video games.
My nephews was out the door before I could yell wait for me because of course I wanted to have an ice cream too. I captured the moment thinking of the times I ran after the truck and sent the picture to my sister. Glad to know the boys are experiencing summer as it should be.
We went to Beach later that week to meet up with our Brother & his boys - more Heroes, we had dinner and then the boys played football on the beach

I also just started working for a retail store... life has a way of taking off fast, feeling like I'm in whirl wind, the one thing I know is that God is in control and my path is set for His glory. Today my Daily Verse from my Bible app is 1 Peter 3:3-4 '.... should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit...' this is how I know God is in control, orchestrating the birds, the stars, and the flowers and me in the middle. It has been 2 weeks of learning new procedures and arrange my new schedule with my old one. The best part is how God is in the details and I am well loved, cared for.

things are still a week by week planning of how things are, so posting once a week will become when I can - every 4-5 days or 8 days apart. I am still here exploring the nature of Artful Living.

                                               until next time,
                                                               Mia
