The Month of Hearts

                       This month started out with plans of Hearts falling from the sky; Love
               swirling in the air .... but what has been swirling in the air: Germs & I caught them.

                          Had this cute little project - a banner to hang Valentine cards.... this is
              as far as I got, the string across the shelf & a dangle heart.

         
                    The next few weeks have been about this cold .... I haven't been doing
            much of anything.  I called off sick and spent 3 days in bed. And Cough has been
           hanging with me since the beginning -  I will be going to the Dr.

                        The only 2 things done for this month is the Valentine Tree & Cookies

                Sometimes plans just get waylayed with a cold and grand plans just become 

                                                       well.....

                                                               fluffs of thought.

                                                                Luckily...
                             March is around the corner with new plans and lots of flowers.

Valentine Tree on the Table

                                                               Loving on the Table  

                  I could not wait for Valentines decorating. I try not to decorate too early because

       then I will be ready  for the next Holiday - St Patrick's, before the Holiday has even come. 

      This year I had bought 2 Tabletop Trees with a Christmas gift card, when I finally knew 

      what I wanted - White Trees, to use for all my Holiday decorating. I got them early in last

      month and they been waiting for February to come.

                  .... on to the tree 

             
                      I used a white table cloth, a piece of baby pink material (not hemmed), and my lovely pink heart tulle. It looks like cotton candy fluff under the tree.

                  The ornaments stand out beautifully on the white tree.

           And lights, I have my battery operated lights on a timer to come on and off each night;

                    the tree is topped with picks, ribbon, and a Love ornament
