Spring Cleaning

                          Trying to get this ball rolling.... Spring Cleaning. It's not that easy.

                This is a panoramic view of my room. I'm standing at the door and to the left of me
      is the dresser. As you can see I always have 'stuff' going on.

                     
                             Like this pink box, I am working on a gift for Lamy Girl. My Lamy Girl has announced that they are getting married - Gee Man and Lamy Girl set the date for this June and just want a small gathering at the court house and lunch after.

                        
                                 Table news....

              I  have done 2 Tablescapes that just haven't got posted, here is a sneak peek at them. I been working on this Spring stuff and Retail.

                        the table no matter how many times that we shoo him off.

     
               This is the main thing I wanted to do.... flip my mattress for my Spring Cleaning.
The bed does more then give me a place to sleep; I watch TV, read, and journal here, I get my ideas here and plan them out to share with you. Flipping a mattress helps with the life of it. A good mattress lasts 10 to 15  years, it is also an investment in a good nights sleep.... and yes the wallet too.

           
                 As I write this, I'm thinking on the merits of making the bed a haven for sleeping.
                               That will have to be another story, for another day......

.last weeks sky

                     These days have been cool in the mornings; the kind of Spring days that I wish for but never get. Could be the reason why I want to be outside & not cleaning. There are craft storage containers and file boxes that need sorting through. Clothes that need to go to the Goodwill. And the joy of Spring Cleaning - dusting. The window in the room is open just about 24/7 and Horse Town USA is all about the trails and dust.
             Well, off to do some more Spring Cleaning....

Easter

         This is a day late in writing and sharing another. I didn't put everything out till the last minute, and that was because I then realized, Easter is this weekend. I have this habit - which I am trying to break; I sail through my days knowing which day I'm on and that a special day is coming on such and such day, than bam! that day is tomorrow or was yesterday ( this is the reason that birthday cards are late from me)

                The table stayed the same for 2 weeks, mainly because Easter dinner was at one of my Nephew's house and a change of scenery was not really necessary. So this bunny hung out amongst the roses till Easter.

       The TV got a little touch ...  when watching the little yellow basket was moved to the side

                                                                     
       ...  sorry the lighting washes out the picture, I either have no lighting or in this case to much.

 

               The Entry bookcase had a week of Spring with an Easter look, I did this last weekend

         

                  The bathroom has a Purple Rustic look, I didn't want to take the Cross out.

                    
                    ... it was the purple candle & the bunnies that help made the combo work.

         I then hung 3 Crosses on the door to the Game room/ Bro in law's office.

      It is because of that Cross so long ago that we are saved, He loved and died for us.

            In my room I have these on my bed....

                 pink bunny is for my Nini, the duck is for my Tank, the purple bunny for my Bannie,
                                            and the lamb is for my Lamy Girl..... & Hello Kitty is just cause.
     
     That is the Easter decor for this year, it has stayed simple again. Sister is not big on Season decorating like I am. 

                       I pray that everyone had an awesome Easter day & a beautiful Spring Season.
