Thinking of New Days

 today is Fri 9/16 @ 1pm - Retail Work @ 3:30pm; not enough time to put thought and pictures together in a couple of hours and this is about thoughts and Domestic Artist; that I really am not all perfect doing.

 Sometimes I believe myself to be an excellent housekeeper, cook, and elegant/chic style- you know that Domestic Artist, a 'joie de vivre' kinda life. And it is what I want to write - My life is a bed of roses.... NOT. It may be the way I dream it is and what I want to say it is but most of you who visit here know me. My room is a hot mes; my desk has paper junk (business/work related papers) on it, my TV, and a few projects along with craft stuff; there are boxes in the room of seasonal decorations that are constantly swapped for the next season, and lets not forget my everyday things I need - clothes. So when I want to write this is my life 'bed of roses' I feel that you would claim I am off my rocker and when has that ever been you.

    day 2 of writing this & adding some pictures, today is Retail work at 5:30. Again I have been thinking of what to write here and how to include this - Another topic that has been on my mind was my tablescape - you remember when I started this blog I wanted to do a Tablescape series.... post something every Tue of the dinning table. That went very well, not. Could have just done any table top in the house. Now I want to start a series : journal; free write kinda way of writing. At the moment I am free writing and liking what is here to share with you.... may not do any editing of this.

 The saying that,  'tomorrow is another day'  a day to start new. Which is the best advice ever ! 

            I say that because I always know that tomorrow I can make it better, a better way to clean, making a new dish, and having more time to 'joie de vivre', so....

Fall

       Fall my favorite time of the year, though I will say the same for Winter. Spring is nice too. My reason is for the favorite is that these are cool weather times. Summer is nice full of outdoor fun and all, just not my piece of cake.

   

       Finding new things to add to my collection. I do try to restrain myself from buying out the whole store.... well the Fall decor.


                 

            Instead I have been sprucing up  my pieces. The Leaves are being strung to one wired vine - over the years I had bought several garlands, different shades of Fall color; so I cut them up in pieces to spread the color around the room

2-3 years ago

    Only putting piece by piece up was time consuming

        I have been dusting and looking at where to put this or that. Wednesday I plan to have everything in place, lights and garland up, turkeys and scarecrows finding tops to sit on, also
