Picture Project - My Scenic pictures

Remember a while back when I wrote about my picture project.... well, I have made a tiny dent into the abyss of pictures order I imagine it can be. This tiny dent is that I have a ton of files for just about every one I know or subject.  One group of pictures are my Scenic Pictures.
I have no formal training in photography or even read anything on 'How to' but I have been lucky to have captured so beautiful shots. Today I want to share some with you:

Sunset 6 years ago when I was living in the Big City, taken from a 3rd floor balcony. The halo of the setting sun is magical.

Tree in the San Bernardino Mountains taken 3 years ago on my birthday trip .  Love how the sun is glaring through the tree.

Hwy 395 Reno, Nv to Riverside, Ca 1/3 of the way we stopped to stretch our legs and I captured the view.

Turtle Bay Sundial Bridge, Redding, Ca taken 6 1/2 years ago. When my girls came to visit and say good bye to their Pa.
Sunset of Hawthrone Bridge on Willamette River, Portland, Or; last Summer my sister & I went to a wedding in Washington State and we stopped off to visit our Cousin.

A double Rainbow seen from the back yard of my Father's house in Cottonwood, Ca. My niece & nephew running out to catch a Rainbow.

Second Street of my little Horsetown USA. I love the horse trails, I walk them 3 or 4 times a week.
I have come to love this little town I live in and the need to keep it horse livable and not busy.

Most of my pictures are taken with my phone or (before I lost) a pretty decent Kodak camera and I am glad to have taken some pretty decent photos. My people ones are ok but I have taken some candid shots that have family members hiding either my camera or their face from me. Now, I warn them, giving them a chance to put on their best smile.

Have an awesome week and put on your best smile,

                                                                         Mia
